Bartle Hall Wedding Photography – Scott and Diane
I met Scott and Diane at a wedding I photographed last year… as soon as I started chatting to them I realised how in love they were as Diane spent most of the night sat on Scotts knee and they couldn’t stop smiling! Not long after the wedding they contacted me and asked if I could photograph their wedding at Bartle Hall. I love Bartle Hall and I’ve photographed weddings at Bartle Hall in the past . Its a beautiful building inside and out and Scott and Diane had booked exclusive use of the entire venue.
The morning of the wedding I turned up at Bartle Hall and the skies were very very grey… it literally bucketed down with rain for about 5 hours… but then, just as the forecast predicted at 2pm, just in time for the wedding, the skies cleared and the ground began to dry. The wedding was perfect and Diane had done an amazing job of planning all the decorations and details of the wedding. Bartle Hall has recently undergone refurbishment of the Balmoral Suite and it looks amazing inside, open plan with a lovely feature wall. The purple colour scheme and decorative table centres looked amazing along with the bouquets designed and made by Lancashire Floristry by Victoria Scaldwell…and the cake, that CAKE!! it was stunning!
In fact, I’d quite like Diane to come and plan my wedding!
After the wedding breakfast we did 15 minutes of bride and groom portraits and then everybody freshened up and got their dancing shoes on ready for the most amazing band Ive seen and heard!
