A bit about me!
I seriously love my job. I left my 12 year teaching career to become a full time Manchester wedding photographer and after 13 years of experience and around 500 ‘I Dos’ later I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I wish I’d chosen it sooner. I mean who wouldn’t want to be a wedding photographer? I get to celebrate love and happiness and party most weekends. I leave every single wedding with new friends and a massive smile on my face.
I have always always been a creative type since I can ever remember. My first ever memories are sitting and spending hours neatly colouring in books and making things at the kitchen table with my mum. I studied Art and Design at college and went on to do a BA Hons in furniture design at Manchester Metropolitan University before completing a PGCE in Design and Technology and teaching GSCE and A Level Product design for 12 years. I got back into photography and started playing around with my SLR camera from my early uni days capturing landscapes and street photography before falling in love with capturing people and making memories.
